Our Story
Home Financial Group was established July 11th, 2002. The organization expanded operations across South Florida and established an Orlando office during the initial growth period.
Surviving Market Challenges
The company weathered the 2008 real estate crisis when 80% of all mortgage institutions were consolidated or forced to close their doors. HFG survived through strong relationships with local realtors and client referrals built on professional, honest, and ethical practices.
Strategic Pivot & Growth
Following the market downturn, HFG focused on specialized niches including FHA loans, Fannie Mae products, and foreign nationals seeking Florida real estate investment financing. The organization transitioned from a brokerage model to become a licensed mortgage lender in 2012.
